This marks a significant milestone for Vietnamese women’s cycling. Alongside the annual Biwase Cup, Bình Dương Water Supply and Environment Company, in collaboration with related organizations, will launch the Biwase Tour of Vietnam 2025—the first UCI-ranked women’s cycling race in Vietnam.

The race will feature five stages covering over 555 km. Scheduled to begin on March 7 at Bình Dương’s Exhibition and Convention Center, the route will pass through Bình Dương, Bình Phước, and Đồng Nai before concluding in Đà Lạt, the “City of Flowers.” A total of 20 teams will participate, including five domestic teams and up to 15 international guest teams.

Invitations were sent to 15 national federations and 11 clubs for international participation. As of yesterday, 11 teams have confirmed participation, including strong contenders from the USA, Norway, China, UAE, Iran, and Kazakhstan.

Following the UCI-ranked race, the 15th Binh Duong International Women’s Cycling Tournament – Biwase Cup 2025 will take place, featuring seven stages covering over 800 km. The race will start in Da Lat (Lam Dong) and pass through Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, and Dong Nai before concluding in Thu Dau Mot (Binh Duong).

As Vietnam’s premier women’s cycling event, the Biwase Cup has no restrictions on domestic teams, while international teams from the Biwase Tour of Vietnam 2025 can also register.
